The past has long been a source of inspiration for Shanghai-based designer Ziggy Chen, who previously explored the Song dynasty and the Roaring Twenties. But his first runway show on the official Paris calendar called for something more personal, he said backstage through a translator. 

The Ziggy Chen Fall Winter 2024 DECADENTIMENT materials are the designer’s iconic fabrics: wool, cotton and linen. To which are added substantial knit cotton fabrics and rarely seen denim materials. Moreover, the useage of corduroy and velvet adds different levels of depth to the entire collection.
